Toledo and Consuegra

Today I spent a wonderful day together with Andrea and Paco in Toledo.

Ruins of Roman Circus

Puerta de Bisagra

Iglesia Santiago del Arrabal

Puerta del Sol

Castillo de San Servando

The cathedral of Toledo

Don Quijote and Sancho Panza are really omnipresent in Toledo

Sinagoga de Santa Maria la Blanca was built by Mudejar architects and completed in the 12 century.

Monastery San Juan de los Reyes

One of our last stops was Puente de San Martín - a medieval bridge across the river Tagus.

Great view on Toledo

On our way back to Ciudad Real we passed Consuegra, which is famous for its windmills.
